Acceptance of Terms By registering for and participating in boroCTF, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not participate in the competition.

Eligibility and Divisions boroCTF features a High School Division and an Open Division. Anyone is welcome to participate in the Open Division, but prizes are strictly reserved for current high school students. The organizers reserve the right to confirm high school status via proof of a valid school ID or any other necessary means before awarding prizes. Failure to provide adequate proof of enrollment will result in prize forfeiture.

Rules of Engagement The integrity of the competition relies on fair play. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification:
Attacking, probing, or exploiting any infrastructure outside of the designated challenge scopes (including the scoring server, registration platform, and hosting environment).
Sharing flags, solutions, or hints with other teams or individuals outside of your immediate team.
Hoarding flags or deliberately interfering with other teams' ability to compete.
Using automated scanners or brute-force tools against the competition infrastructure unless explicitly required by a specific challenge.

Accounts Each participant or team is allowed only one account. Account sharing across different teams is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Disqualification and Termination The boroCTF organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team or individual that violates these terms, disrupts the competition, or acts maliciously. Decisions regarding scoring, rules, and disqualifications are final.
